Process and product innovation is the great objective of the Bi.Vi.Si Project (Enhancement of Sicilian viticultural biodiversity), which aims to enhance Sicilian viticultural biodiversity and provide regional companies with substantial and lasting competitive advantages.

The Campaign Day is also part of the project. It is scheduled for Tuesday, 24 October 2023, in Marsala, divided into two different work sessions, and aimed at raising awareness of the Project and the opportunities it can offer Sicilian wine companies.

The first “in the field” session, starting at 10 a.m.*, includes a visit to the Project’s experimental nursery at the project’s partner company “Vivai Giacomo Mannone” (Cozzogrande district, in Marsala), during which the project representatives and other sector professionals will explain the work carried out so far.

The second session of work will begin at 11:30 a.m. at Palazzo Fici (Piazza Marco de Bartoli, Marsala): During the seminar devoted to the Project, the first results of the initiative will be analysed, and the opportunities that the Project offers to participating companies will be presented.
