After last spring’s event devoted to Grillo, our Consortium returned to Fermento Milano on Sunday, October 23rd, 2022 with a masterclass devoted to Nero d’Avola, led by the enologist Lorenza Scianna.

A valuable opportunity to talk about our work at this event devoted to wine enthusiasts, guided in an interesting in-depth study by FISAR sommeliers and Slow Wine and Banca del Vino teachers.
